The delivery time depends on which product needs to be sent. You can check the delivery time on the product page of the website.
Your order will be delivered at home by DPD or, if you have chosen this when ordering, at a DPD Service Point. As soon as the shipment has been sent, you will receive a track & trace code from us with which you can track your package.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, your order will be offered to one of your neighbors (unless you have indicated during ordering that your package may not be delivered to the neighbors). If it is not possible to deliver your order to the neighbors, it will be delivered the next day at the nearest DPD Service Point.
For orders under € 200 you pay € 9,95 shipping costs. You do not pay shipping costs for orders above € 200.
Yes. In the checkout you can choose to deliver your package at a different address. For instance, you can choose to deliver your package at your workaddress.
