Register return
You can easily register a return in our return portal. Follow the steps and send your order back to us.
No, you cannot exchange your product. If you would still like a different product, please return your product via our return portal and then place a new order for the new product.
Go to our contact form and upload a photo of the damaged product. As soon as we have received your information, we will send you the correct part or a new product.
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, you must report this to us within 30 days of receipt. If the product needs to be returned to us, you will receive a link from us. Using this link, you can request a free label to return the product.
You can use our contact form to report that you have received a product you did not order. Please upload a photo in the form showing what is incorrect. As soon as we have received the information, we will send you the correct product as quickly as possible.
You can return the incorrectly received product free of charge after contacting us via our contact form. Once you have reported the product via our contact form, you will receive a link from us. Using this link, you can request a free returns label.
Have you not received the products you ordered? Please contact us via our contact form.
We want to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. That is why it is processed immediately in our warehouse. Once the order has been completed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Yes, the return costs are your responsibility as the customer, unless your product was already damaged upon delivery.
Yes, you can return multiple products. Do you have several large parcels? If so, it is possible to create an additional returns label in the returns portal.
Return conditions
Have you decided after receiving your order that you would like to exchange or return it? Based on our general terms and conditions, private customers have the right to return the lamp within 30 days. The product must be returned undamaged and complete, in its original packaging.
1. Products received more than 30 days ago.
2. Returned products that are received incomplete.
3. Products that are not returned in their original packaging.
4. Custom-made products, specially ordered products, and business orders.
After registering your cancellation, you have 30 days to ensure the products are delivered back to us. We recommend arranging this as soon as possible so that your return can be processed quickly.
Business orders are not eligible for return as standard. If you would like to place a business order and have doubts about the product, please contact us by phone in advance to discuss any possible arrangements we can make for viewing / return.
Return processing
From the moment you register a return, we will keep you informed by email. All our emails include a button that allows you to view the status of your request or return. Have you not received any emails about the status of your return, and has it been more than 7 days since you sent your order back? Please contact our customer service here.
As soon as we have received and approved the returned product, the amount will be refunded as quickly as possible. This will be no later than 14 days after receipt of your return. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including any delivery charges.
