After registering your revocation, you have 30 days to have the products delivered to us. It is recommended to arrange this quickly, so that your return is also handled quickly.
Yes, the return costs are for you as a customer, unless your product is already damaged upon receipt.
The right of return expires by default on business orders. Do you want to order a product for business and do you have doubts about the product? Please contact us in advance by telephone about the possible arrangements that we can make for a viewing / return.
From the moment you register a return, we will keep you informed by e-mail. In all our emails you will find a button with which you can view the status of your request or return. Have you not received any emails about the status of your returns and has it been more than 7 days since you returned your order? Please contact our customer service here.
As soon as we have received and approved the returned product, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible. This will be no later than 5 days after receipt of your return. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including any shipping costs
Then the invoice will be cancelled. In the event of a partial return, the invoice will be adjusted to the amount that remains for the products that you do keep.
